The process this board has set up to handle complaints is not transparent. When you file your complaint, you can never call them again, or follow up, nor do they offer you any feedback as to the merits of your complaint, or how it was presented to the vet. You only present your side once with no opportunity for rebuttal. This board will most certainly side with the vet--even upon gross negligence. I don't even know why this board exists. It's worthless. I wrote Gov. Dayton and told him about it, but will never hear back from him, either. I had at least a dozen infractions against the vet, including that they lost all my pets records due to a computer crash. They had no back up system for the records. The law explicitly states vets must keep medical records of pets. The vet told me every patient's records were lost. That is a clear violation of the law, and you don't even have to prove it in court, that is how clear the law is on keeping records safe. This board looked the other way on even that clear violation of the law. MBVM is worthless.

Waiting for 3 years to see what the Board does to terrible animal Drs Jon and Julie Woodman in Hastings Mn with numerous deceitful acts and how many stars I will give them. You would think the Governor would care about how his Board operates and their investigative Attorney General office not doing a thorough investigation. They never talked to me!!! Minnesota Vets have been terribly hurting and killing dogs by using cheap human heating pads during sedation and it needs to be stopped but the Board doesn't do anything!! They need to do their job! How can Vets keep their license after hurting defenseless animals, then torturing them and lying and altering medical records? Unacceptable!!
