Never had a bad experience. We have an older Cocker Spaniel that has had a few more health issues in recent years. Country Side staff has helped us get through and understand these issues. Thanks Country Side.

Used their services for multiple dogs, and the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. On multiple occasions, I've been advised on low cost alternatives when it comes to medications or procedures, and that is not something I've experienced from other clinics.

On three separate occasions, they sent us home saying that our cats were completely fine and healthy. We got second opinions for all of them. Our first cat had a severely inflamed pancreas and finally got treatment for pancreatitis. The second one was diagnosed with urinary crystals and UTI that would have caused internal bleeding if it progressed any further. The most recent was sent home with a clean bill of health after we brought him in for not eating. Turns out he has lymphoma. Never have I felt more mistrust in a veterinary clinic

They definitely took the time that you need to get you all the information for your pet. You can tell they really care about the pets and do the job because they love animals.

We wish to thank all at Countryside Vet. for the superb care of our dog Murphy over the years. We are especially thankful to Dr. Brian Darkow who helped us though a very difficult time after diagnosing Murphy with a heart problem. We truly appreciate his support and compassion. There are just not enough words to express our thanks. Also a sincere thank you to Becky. Ross & Angela Bouche
