Amazing people with an extremely low staff turnaround. That speaks volumes alone. Affordable and HONEST care. Suggestions for additional testing are made but no one forces anyone to make a decision except what they're comfortable with. They are able to extend additional tests a few weeks out so I can pay separately and afford testing/treatment. Lovely, wonderful and personable staff! I will not go anywhere else and rather than leaving feeling stressed, I've been able to leave feeling relieved. I'm beyond satisfied. They treat mine like she is hers and that means the world to me and mine. Before you decide AGAINST going here based on uneducated reviews, try meeting these people and seeing for yourself how truly wonderful, knowledgeable and caring they are.

Very kind, straightforward, and thorough. My pet Lynk is in Good hands. Dr Witte is kind and explains everything. Thank you

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We had taken our furry family members for over 10 years for veterinary care and grooming. We had the luck of not dealing with William Williams over those years; thankfully we had always dealt with Dr. Sheri Morrissey. After experiencing William Williams I would strongly recommend DO NOT to patronize this establishment! Mr. William is the true definition of a pompous, egotistical person. His opinion is the word of god. Do yourself a favor and give your money to a different, kinder loving vet.

If I could give a no star rating I would. Walked in told the lady at the desk what was going on and wasn’t even taken seriously. Went to the spay clinic on East 14th Street in Des Moines and had no problems and my dog got the meds he needed! 0 out of 10, would not recommend .

Dr. Morrissey and Dr. Bill have always taken great care in evaluating our cats to provide necessary and realistic treatment. They may occassionally ask for additional testing because they really care about your animals. They also do very respectful euthanasia and even offer to give you a paw print in clay to keep as a momentum. I also can't say enough good about the rest of their staff. Great vet!
