Every experience I have with Vida has been a great one. They are extremely efficient with their time and I have never been held up or rushed through my appointment. The prices are fair, booking online is easy, and they truly make myself and my dog feel cared about. Their after-hours have been extremely convenient for concerns and the staff is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you Vida!

This is the vet to choose, full stop; every staff member was fantastic. We have a highly neurotic, high-anxiety Dane mix with a myriad of GI issues and sensitivities, so any get trip is a massive ordeal. The very first person at check in got right down on the floor to the dog's level and let him sniff and take some of the fear away. They weren't pushy or tried to hurry him, just very sweet and reassuring the whole time. Once we were in the exam room out was more of the same, the tech and doc both got on the floor with him, took plenty of time to let him get comfortable. For him, it was by far and away the best (least worst?) trip! For us, the staff took time to explain and talk through what to expect from the staff and exam. The tech and doc taught us a couple tricks to keep the dog calm and manage his anxiety along with their exam findings. TL:DR Take your pet here. Period.

We've been going to Vida for the 3.5 years we've had our dog, and they've always been great, but this weekend they proved to be absolutely incredible. Our sweet pup had a couple health scares and was brought in multiple times in 3 days, which meant we saw a lot of different doctors and techs. Every single person was calm and kind in our moments of worry and sadness. We feel confident that Winston received the best care and will continue going here for any and all routine and/or emergencies!

This clinic is awesome! I took my sick bearded dragon here to emergency care on a Sunday and they took great care of us. They were obviously very invested in the health of my pet and they had really reasonable prices, especially for exotic care. I will definitely use this vet again.

Vida is the best place! We drive from South Aurora to the Denver location because we have an outdoor cat who has been in 4 major fights. The first time they drained her abscess from a puncture wound we did not catch right away. It healed perfectly. The following 3 fights they recommended we bring her in right away to give her antibiotics to prevent a future abscess and to save us money as well! This has worked great and she has never developed another abscess from many puncture wounds. Thank you Vida!!!!
