It is really nice to get the stress out of my shoulder with this pet insurance company. I never want to be at a point where I can’t afford a treatment for my dog because she mean everything to me. It’s always been simple for me with this company to go online, do a live chat and get quick answers! It’s also super simple to get refund as my vet clinic can simply submit the form directly to them. I dealt with lots of different insurance for myself in the past and my dog is definitely better treated than I was!!! Would definitely recommend it :)

When I buy insurance of any sort I feel it is a joint business opportunity with risks taken on both sides. I buy insurance hoping my pet will not get sick or injured but if she does I have bought the comfort of reducing my costs. Pet Secure sells insurance hoping the pets do not get sick and if they do not they collect their monthly fees with very little disbursement. Their risk is finding out a pet may be a higher risk then others having more vet costs. With Pet Secure they minimize their risk completely and regularly raise rates and increase my deductible % rate. I started at a 80% coverage rate (after my deductible is 100% paid) and now my coverage rate is 50% yet my monthly premium has gone from about $100. in 2010 to $133. now in 2018. I did not hope for a pet with medical issues, mostly allergies, but I purchased pet insurance as a precaution. So no I am not happy with Pet Secure Health Insurance.

What a wonderful company. They have affordable plans to suit almost every budget. They're customer service is excellent. I was signed up on a level 3 plan that started with a complimentary month. During this first month my Himalayan kitten became ill and required emergency treatment at the Ottawa Veterinarian Hospital. Petsecure paid the bill promptly. I recommend this pet health insurance company to every pet owner.

I didn't get a lot of use from the plan in the early years of my dog's life but in the last 5 years of his life, the plan was very beneficially. In his final 2 years, he developed an auto immune disorder from a generic medication I had switched him to for his leg problems. His vet bills and medications got very expensive every month and he also had to have 3 surgeries. Although there are increasing deductibles and monthly premiums, I would not have been able to provide the good care my dog deserved for being my best buddy. I was retired when his health started to fail and the plan enabled me to continue to make his life as happy as it could be. Jasper deserved the best and the plan enable me to do that for him.

I work at an animal hospital and I've had experience dealing with several pet insurance companies on clients' behalf. Speaking as a customer, the service at Petsecure is honestly one of the best I've seen - staff are so knowledgeable and very friendly. They do their utmost best to accommodate me, they're very prompt with their compensation, and they are very organized - I haven't had an incident with them losing any claims or paid invoices, like I've had in the past with other companies. The only thing I'd say about this is that it is on the slightly pricier side, given what they cover and the percentage that they reimburse. Overall, I would highly recommend!
