We had brought our 2004 Lexus IS300 to P&L Auto for a hail damage claim threw MPI(autopac) it was almost a $10,000 claim. These idiots did more damage to our car then when we brought it to them. All of our fenders were on sideways and didnt line up with the hood, so they put the hood on sideways and instead of replacing our aluminum hood with an aluminum hood they used a steel hood and chopped it up so it fit with the crooked fenders. The headliner was removed to fix the roof but when they put it back on they left the wires hanging out for the compass in the rearview. The undercarriage shield is hanging off because the 10 bolts it had holding it up when we brought it to them ended up being 4 bolts when we got it back. None of our power locks work, but they did before we brought it there. None of the controls for the power windows work from the drivers side anymore. Our trunk still has hail dents in it and they had the nerve to tell my husband that they gave us a new battery for "free" because they had made so much money off the claim. To top it all off our car was returned with a flat tire and filthy. Needless to say if you like your vehicle at all DO NOT BRING it to P&L Auto Body in Selkirk MB.
