Their auto centre is great. They're honest about what you do and don't need for car maintenance and they're really good about explaining why to a car novice like myself.

80% of the time they have what I need... 20% of the time I need something unusual. Wish they had a gas bar.

Bought an item there that went on sale the following week. When I went back for a price adjustment I was told that they would not do it because the item had been bought 9 days ago and their policy on price adjustments is up to 7 days. I was told my only option was to return the regular price item at customer service and then go and get the identical item off the shelves and purchase it again at the checkout for the sale price. Ridiculous policy and terrible customer service. Won’t be returning to this store anytime soon.

I went here to get an oil change on Saturday. I dropped off my car and went on my way. A few hours later they call me and advise me that they broke my dipstick and they'll have to order a new one because the stores in town didn't have one or were closed. I picked up my car and paid for the oil change. As soon as I got to my car I noticed dirty hand prints all over my hood, what ever they had to open the hood to change the oil. I got into my car and then noticed that there were dirty hand prints all over my headliner (nude interior so it was obvious) I went back on Sunday to complain about the handprints, they gave me some type of hand shampoo thing to clean it off with. It just smudged it more. They said I'll have my dipstick by Monday. Monday they call me asking for my VIN number so they could order the part. Finally today (Wednesday) they call me advising me that I can pick it up. I went there and they told me I had to pay for it. I said no way you guys broke it you guys are replacing it. Finally after a little back & forth they agreed to give it to me for free. Never going there again. Horrible service, unprofessional staff, it's just a bunch of kids doing the work.
