Had the chance to have highlights done by a student named Tania Stupifb and am very pleased. They turned out amazing! Tania is a pleasant attentive and very talented up and coming hair stylist who made my experience a great on indeed. I will definitely be back in the future. Great place with great students and great instructors. Bonus was helping out some students in their practice. Very happy overall!

I’ve been taking my business to Aveda since 2017 with no problems up until today. I booked an appointment for a hair cut almost 3 weeks ago for 1:45pm. I was called at 1pm today saying my appointment was at 12:45pm. I told them I even got a reminder call on Friday saying it was for 1:45pm. They then proceeded to tell me they had an opening at 2:45pm if I’d like that. I explained how I was annoyed and would like a discounted hair cut for the inconvenience on their end. They next told me it was ‘impossible’ that I booked the appointment for 1:45 when it was already booked up yesterday and I only booked the appointment apparently. I told them I booked it three weeks ago and suddenly they could see that I indeed booked it three weeks ago. Then they proceeded to tell me that it was made yesterday for 3:45pm and then someone changed it to 12:45pm on THEIR END, which even if that was the case, why was I not informed? Either way my initial appointment was not for 3:45pm anyways. They put me on hold to see what they could do and came back to tell me ‘it’ll be $40+tax for 2:45pm’. I asked what the original price was and it was $40+tax. Zero consideration for their fault. even while beating around the bush they said ‘it must’ve been a technology error on our end’. I will not be coming back to Aveda ever again.

Donna was my stylist at Aveda institute. She provided excellent service and as always my hair turned out amazing. She really listens to what the client requests but also offers input. The outcome is always awesome! The salon itself is very nice. It’s a great environment and the staff are very welcoming. 5/5 for sure!

Wonderful service and wonderful products. Ollie was my stylist earlier today (February 9, 2019) and he was wonderful. It was easily one of the best hair treatments and styles I've ever experienced. The building was pleasant and clean, and they offer refreshments should you ask. Overall a great experience, can't wait to go back.
