Absolutely love happy tails! I love that I can drop my pups off whatever time works for me. It’s especially great when I work nights. Allie and Levi absolutely love it there. I’m sure they wish they could go there everyday. My dogs are full of every so it’s nice when I pick them up that they sleep for hours. The staff are so friendly and warm and try and get to know you which is so nice. Absolutely love this place and will continue to bring my crazy dogs!

Thanks Happy tails! There was a bit of a mix up with scheduling but they went above and beyond my expectations to make things work. It's awesome that they have doggy daycare included with grooming so I can drop him off or pick him up anytime and he gets some socialization. My dog looks great!

My dog had an absolutely wonderful time at Happy Tails Pet Resort & Spa. He is a seasoned traveler who has stayed in boarding facilities throughout the United States. However, this was his first time boarding outside the country. I explained he was a dog who enjoyed canine company, but was not one who wanted to actively engage with other dogs. He is older (6 years old) and more passive in nature. The staff assured me he would be fine, because they board dogs with all kinds of temperaments. The various pictures posted during his stay, let me see that indeed, he was happy and had found friends who too, just enjoyed hanging out. Having my dog happy and content made my stay in Winnipeg even better.

I am VERY disappointed with this place. I brought 2 little shelties in to get groomed and was charged the price of 2 large dogs. And when I went to pick them up, they still had to redo them. They didn't even touch the tail of one of the dogs and the fur was very long. Really,,? Twice the charge for half the job??!! The 2 girls at the front in the morning had very bad attitudes. And, I found out, the little one, was the manager. The groomer told me one of my dogs snapped at her. She NEVER snaps. She is obviously too rough with the dogs. She needs to learn how to do her job better. When I asked about on a deal on the price, because they are just little dogs, I was told a flat out NO. I said then you lost a customer. The manager just shrugged her shoulders. Not a care in the world. Where on earth are they're customer service skills??!! I will never go back there again!!

I made a reservation a month in advance to board my cat for two weeks for a family vacation. I took the cat to her vet a week ago and got up to date vaccination records. When I arrived to drop off the cat, they would not take her because they also wanted a letter from the vet about upper respiratory infections. It was a holiday, so phone contact with the vet was not possible. I was left with no place for my cat, putting my family vacation at risk at the last moment. No apparent concern from "Happy Tails" about the consequences of their inflexible and unreasonable requirements. I will never make reservations there again.
