My experience here has been nothing but the best. The staff across the board are great to work with and always feel confident that my dog, my best friend, will get the best care possible. Thanks again for all the help.

First and foremost the vet doctors here are wonderful. They all have hearts that care for my animals. We have spent numerous hours there as we have four animals and one with special needs. However, the receptionists need some training. We were told that our cats surgery was scheduled. They went through the cost, the process, the criteria of nothing to eat, so this and that, to only show up to be told he wasn’t on the list. Now, I’m all for people making mistakes. But my cat was in substantial pain. They made the mistake, not me. How do I know that? Why else would we go through dropping him off between 7 and 7:30, or no food after midnight, or stop antibiotics, or the price of the surgery. I mean come on, we didn’t make that up. I left in tears. I had my husband call to discuss this problem. This isn’t the first time we had issues with the receptionists. Did he get mad and yell, yes. Was it wrong of him, yes. But he only did once the receptionist was being rude. Now, I’m no genius but when another customer walks in after me with the SAME PROBLEM?!? How, tell me HOW two customers “misunderstood.” I knew we would leave after this but the icing on the cake was when the office manager called and started being super ignorant to me (mind you I was bawling) and told me that we were no longer welcome. That my husband yelled and we were no longer clients. Fine. But to not even listen to me? To not let me say my side? Absolutely ridiculous. I know WE ARENT welcomed back, fine. After today I wouldn’t trust them anyways. But they treated us horribly. I hope the receptionist that lied and said she never told us or the complete stranger behind me, that surgery was today... I hope you get help. You made a huge mistake and completely lied to cover your own butt. Dishonesty may let you win the fight, but you have to live with yourself. You not only hurt my family, but you made it so my cat is in severe pain. Severe. Tongue hanging out, can’t close mouth. You should NOT be working in a place that you have to have a heart. Anyways, we can’t have children. Our animals are our children. So thanks to the doctors here but honestly the owner should require their staff to take customer service training. This was unacceptable. I have never been so disgusted.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. my cat had to come in for a dental extraction and I was a bit concerned because of his age and his heart murmur. the staff were so kind and patient explaining everything and even got the procedures done a couple hours early.he had to have a few other things done but I wasn't worried. Dr. Feher, who started the clinic, operated and took the time to show us the xrays, how to use the medicine, and showed the utmost compassion and professionalism. All of the vet techs and receptionists were amazing as well! thank you all so much!

I happened to bring my dog here for a second opinion about an eye issue she is having. I absolutely love Dr. Brainard as she is awesome with my dog and I felt 100% comfortable letting her sedate my dog to take care of her eye problem! I’m thinking about making BVC her regular vet now! Dr. Brainard doesn’t ever make me feel like she is in a rush and really takes her time to properly evaluate my dog and explain everything! She answers questions confidently...I’ve learned a few things from her even! The way she interacts with my dog is awesome...not only do I feel comfortable with her caring for my dog, but my dog feels comfortable with her as well! Yes, the wait time is long as others have mentioned, however, I feel my dog wouldn’t get the care she needs if the Dr.’s felt they were only “allowed” so many minutes with each patient. Thanks so much for everything BVC and Dr. Brainard!!
