Excellent service from the moment I step in the office to the end of my pets appointment. Ladies at the front desk are efficient, cordial and just super cool. My pets are handled and cared for by very knowledgeable, kind and understanding staff that take their time to question, explain and inform us. What a great place to take your pets too. Thank you for such a positive experience every time we go.

I absolutely love Dr. Kate and I love the desk staff. They're very helpful and kind. However, I had a very negative experience with Dr. Paporello; she was a complete bulldozer and didn't listen to a word I said. So I highly recommend them, but I would avoid Dr. Paporello.

Techs always call back within the hour when we have questions. Very reasonably priced services compared to other nearby vets. They take the time to listen to your concerns and never rush you out the door. Clean waiting room and kind staff.

We are newer to Northampton. My 8 year old bulldog needed her dental work done. Vet was knowlegable and friendly. Enjoyed the people that work here from the front desk to the Vet just great people. Treated my dog wonderfully. Would recommend this spot to everyone.
