Great visit. My dog wasnt muzzled even after old canal wanted to , they actually talked to my dog instead of just me. Really great doctor and assistant. Dr. Kelley is an amazing doctor two thumbs up for her. I really liked how they explained to me the process every step they were taking to help Genesis.

Wow! I walked in through a referral for an orthopedic surgeon consult fully expecting to only be offered an expensive all out solution. Instead, I met with a Dr who listened, fully explained everything that was going on in terms I understood, and was cognizant of the expense then gave me options to care for my dog that were reasonable. It was obvious she cared for my dog's well being as well as how that affects me. She took the time to provide an itemized quote for all options and explained each one clearly. I highly recommend this practice.

Outstanding care. Specialized service. Takes me an hour to get there, but they're knowledge is superior to many smaller hospitals. Saved 2 of my dogs over 10 years ago when they got sick and nobody else could save them. Have been a loyal client ever since and have never regretted it. Nice to know if my profile need special care, they are already familiar with the staff there.

Love them and have been using them as my veterinarian for 22 years. They have recently added an emergency clinic so the prices on things have skyrocketed. Sadly I may have to find a new vet

Initially AWESOME care, but the DVM we were seeing left the practice and our dog was seen by a BVetMed. every question we asked was answered with "gee, i don't know". after four visits to clear up an ear infection ("gee, i don't know") that was finally resolved with drops twice a day for a couple of weeks and a total fee of more then $400, we are going to another vet.
