The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They are very gentle with their furry patients. Both my dogs love going there especially the treats. I know my dogs are in good hands with them.

Kind and compassionate staff. They are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. They took the best of care of our Rascal when he needed it the most. RIP "little prince" Would highly recommend this facility.

Are you kidding me? SENIORS BEWARE! If you respect your pet and your own intelligence, don't walk, but run from this place. Every word that comes out of their mouths is designed to try to make you spend money, a lot of money. Even innocuous sounding comments are designed to stick you. "Does your pet eat food? Well, buy mine!" "Does your pet like treats? Oh, great. I'll send you home with some great treats." They make it sound like they are giving your pet a little treat to take home, like a lolly pop for a child at the doctor's office. Then when you get home and check your already padded bill you discover you have paid thirty dollars for a 7 dollar bag of foolish "treats" your pet won't eat. The first words out of their mouths are "We charge more than other vets, but you know the old saying, 'you get what you pay for.'" Let that be your warning that you will pay triple the costs for routine vaccinations and health care for your pets at Hotham's. $180.00 for routine vaccinations? Give me a break! This is no simple country vet, they have at least three vet clinics in the county and they all operate the same, and they all have the same pitch. Make all the money you can and then just go somewhere else and do it all over again. (I'm doing my homework.) And if you're a vet thinking of working with these barely legal slick talking rip offs, you should talk to some of the vets that have worked for them before. There's a reason they keep a help wanted sign out. And be suspicious of the "good" comments here. Many of them are posted at the same time on the same days. Something wrong there. Beware of Hotham's Veterinary Services.

I was visiting my Mom and my dog needed blood work done They had me call my vet in N.H. and have them fax them my dogs medical records. Then I called them back and they told me they couldn't do it for a month. They should of told me that to begin with it was a 5 minute test to get the results.
