I brought my 11 1/2 year old fur baby in last week for what I thought was a hip dislocation. He was coddling his leg howling and crying. I never heard him do that. When the vet Dr. Bradley came in and he was very cold. Seemed as though he had better things to do. When I told him I had given my dog CBD oil (as that's what I always treated his joint pain with) he pretty much told me he wasn't sure how to diagnose my dog because I doped him up and he wouldn't be able to get a positive diagnosis. They ran blood work and it came back stating the numbers were high as he could have a kidney infection. Had me admit him overnight for IV fluids and antibiotics to flush infection out and told me to come get him in the morning to transfer him to our regular veterinarian. I get there to pick up my dog who is completely disoriented, when I asked how the night went he was very vague, didnt tell me much, and sent me on my way telling me to call my vet. He knew my dog wasn't going to make it the car ride and neglected to tell me. My dog died shortly after leaving the vet. I will never take another pet to this place, and to add to it, on my dogs paperwork next to renal failure, he put possible CBD oil overdose!

When my dog came down I'll I called the emergency vet who said to bring him in asap. Sadly my dog didn't make the ride and passed in the car. When we arrived, the staff was amazing with how they handled his body. They placed his body in a burial box and gave me his collar, no charge to me. I am so thankful for the staff that was there through this hard time.
