What a great team! Spent a lot of time with our 2 cats.. thoroughly checked them and explained everything to us.. tough seeing our pets sick but feels good to have a vet that we can trust. Many good experiences here. Going back for follow up in a week... my pets aren't even nervous here.. that alone is a great feeling.

Thank you to Dr. Yu and all of the staff for being patient with Cowboy (and me) and caring for him. I tried to figure out what my cat needed to travel overseas, but Dr. Yu did the research herself and was able to get everything started in just one visit. You can definitely tell that everyone here genuinely cares about your pet and it felt like I had a new family when I walked out the door. Thank you so much! Susann

We have been bringing our dogs to Whitestone Vet since its inception and have become good friends of Dr Wyler and Irma, always satisfied with their level of concern, care, professionalism, sincerity and passionate appreciation of animals. Yesterday we ran into an emergency situation with our puppy, and when we arrived at the office, there were 2 other emergencies requiring attention. Dr Yu, Irma and the entire staff were amazing in their performance, moving back and forth among the distressed dog owners, attending to the animals, multitasking but always with the utmost concern for assuring the owners. My wife (a health professional herself) and I were deeply impressed by the commitment of the staff, scheduled to leave at 8pm but willing--and glad--to stay late until nearly 10 pm. Not once did anyone indicate disappointment at having to stay beyond their normal time; on the contrary, their cheerful demeanor and intense focus on helping the animals diminished the anxiety of all concerned. An inspiring display of veterinary skill by Dr Yu and compassionate care by Irma, Christine, Cynthia, Tiffany--entirely in keeping with the highest standards of excellence that characterizes Whitestone Veterinary Care!

It was our first visit to Whitestone Veterinary Care, as a mom to our furry child, I felt very calm, and most importantly she felt calm. I had asked my friends for recommendations to their veterinarians, but always got the same response, "not very happy with how they treat our pets there". Just as much as I love my doggie and take care of her with love, that's exactly how I want a doctor and their staff to give the same to my baby. I felt at ease just with the way the secretary answered my call and my concern, I knew I had picked the right veterinary for my baby 🐶. As soon as we took her in, The staff and Vet received her like family, my baby a little nervous at first was able to relax and let them take care of her. I highly recommend this veterinary for everyone. Sincerely, Claudia Artiga ❤️

We adopted our twin kitties Caesar and Alexander from Dr Wyler over 14-yrs ago, and there can be no turning back now. It's not simply about the extraordinary care they give the kitties; it's like every return is like visiting old friends. What could be better?
