Dr. Tan and her staff are so helpful and kind! Her staff was so gentile with my cat, and Dr. Tan was super knowledgable and answered all my questions patiently and with care. She helped me with the process of moving through international bureaucracy - letting me know what forms to complete, when and how to send them. This place is wonderful! I can't recommend it enough.

Everyone I have encountered there is extremely nice and accommodating to my cat. However, it is just a bit expensive and I am very much ENCOURAGED to spend my money. Believe me, the love I have for my cat is immense. However, as someone living in Brooklyn in this day and age, I need to live as well.

They take over a week to schedule appointments and will just keep referring you to an animal emergency room. I can't trust that they would ever be there if I had an actual emergency. Please take your business to a facility that takes your animal's health seriously and not as something that could be pushed off for weeks.

Really great vets, very nice vets, and great in general. However unaccommodating, a bit short and rude on the phone, and not helpful in providing alternatives when you need an emergency visit. Was told there were no openings for 10 days. If there hours were a little longer this would also help people who have to work full work days.

Very nice people. My only complaint is that I walked in expecting to spend about $100 but they up sold me into a $400 bill. If they knew that was going to be expected I would have liked to know in advance.
