I can't say enough amazing things about this staff. Last night, my fiance and I brought in our cat after we came home from work and it was apparent she couldn't walk. The doctors saw her immediately and unfortunately, we able to determine fairly soon that she had sudden heart disease causing blood clots in her leg and would have to be put to sleep. They explained everything, answered all of our questions and were so compassionate and kind in the wake of something so tragic and sudden. They gave us water, candy, checked on us and let us stay there for as long as we wanted. Thank you so much for helping make this tragedy a little bit easier on us.

Checking in at 7:30am means you’ll until 8:45am or later to see a doctor (and this they call emergency services). I was told at 7:45am it would be 15 min more while the doctors conduct their rounds. I step out into the waiting area at 8:11am and I’m told it could be another 30 minute wait to see the doctor. Maybe my expectations are too high that waiting this long when you’re the only patient in the waiting area is too high. So I finally see someone at 8:20am and either she’s tired or just not paying attention because she misquoted responses I provided to her questions. I’ve been here before and service was good, not sure what’s going on around here now.

Absolutely amazing staff here. Friendly, kind, understanding, helpful... They even gave us candy, no joke!

Great emergency hospital and excellent staff! My pup was hospitalized twice here and both times he was cared for by Dr. Trainer and Dr. Clarke. I can’t express how thankful I am to them and the other staff members for being so caring and healing my pup. I am definitely one of those crazy dog moms who asks a million questions and calls twenty times a day but they were very understanding and helpful each time. I even called them when I couldn’t afford a visit and a bee stung my pup and a different occasion when he had a fever and Dr. Trainer answered all my questions and gave me useful advice on what to do. I absolutely recommend this place and trust me your fur baby will be in good hands. Thank you VERG for providing such excellent care in the neighborhood!

Garbage facility, who don't care about pets. I came here with a kitten that needed fast medical attention and they tried to charge me $300 for cpr but then said he may not need it because his heart stopped. After crying and what not they asked me if I would like to see him. Before I could go into the room to do so the receptionist pushed me to sign some papers. Obviously I can do so but like give me a minute to get myself together. Not only that I've brought my dog here on another occasion before (thought they would help in a non emergency guess not) but anyway all my dog needed was a shot of anti diarrhea meds and something for nausea. They wanted to give her the shots in the back ummmm NO my dogs vet never gave her shots where I couldn't see. That is so unprofessional I don't care what anyone says. Take my review how you want but I wouldn't bring a fly here.
