I am fairly new to this veterinary hospital, within the last six months. So far my experience has been good. Staff have been accommodating to myself and my 16 year old corgi whom has chronic skin allergies. Call back times are responsive and are always willing to spend the time to explain.

Dr.suss is a very good doctor she takes her time to explain everything to you. Ease of making appointments great hours and they recently put new chairs and you can tell they have cleaned up. Great parking available. The older blonde receptionist needs to be more friendly and personable. On 2 ocassions they had new staff enter the rooms but they do not speak, smile, or interact it is very awkward. Those are the only 2 things I would change.

They are so good here with my dogs. My babies are my world and they treat them the same way. They stayed in contact with me when my older dog had surgery. They truely care about the animals they see.

Staff is very nice, but their system is convoluted and communication can be improved. Before paying your bill, make sure the correct tests are on there. Also it's annoying that they spam your inbox with messages every month. (Not about your pet, but about leaving them a review.) Lastly, it's pretty expensive. A heartworm test is over 60 bucks and it doesn't include a tick panel. Most places charge at the most 40 and 80 for a 4dx.

Been coming here for years. Staff, from the receptionist, nurses and doctors are super friendly and helpful. Dr Suss is our main doctor and she has always been great with our 2 dogs and our 1cat. Visits are always very thorough and she explains every detail and options for your pets. Also has been flexible with payments. Open on Sunday is a huge plus.
