While we have heard the stories, this clinic has done nothing but good things for are dogs. When our cat was sick he brought him back from the brink and he lived another 9 years. My Dog had a reaction to the vaccines this year, and broke out in hives. I called the office and he stayed open late to treat her and within an hour or two the hives were gone and the next day she was fine.

Super friendly and caring

The vet was 30 minutes late for our pre-scheduled appointment. Then literally spent less than 3 minutes with us administering my cat's shots. While he checked her eyes and teeth he did not weigh her or ask any questions about her behaviour or advise of how she would respond to the shots, whether any further shots would be required or information about the shot he was administering. Then he gives me the bill - $140 ($80+ of which was for his supposed "consultation"). When I called him out on it he said I was free to take my business elsewhere. I responded that I absolutely would and that if I treated client's that way I wouldn't have a job, he then got irate and raised his voice to me in front of my 1 year old daughter. MY ADVICE, AVOID THIS PLACE!

I took my cat in recently after he got pretty sick. I'm new to Yellowknife so took a chance they would be good. They were amazing! It was such a good experience. The vet made me feel way less anxious and he was great with my cat. The check up was very inexpensive. I would definitely recommend coming here for all your pet needs!
