Great staff. Dr Osbourne and Dr Yazer are both caring and compassionate individuals. Dealing with an illness and eventual loss of a beloved pet, they made the process much easier. I would recommend them to anyone.

A bit more expensive than some vets I've been to, but it's a convenient location. The vet was very knowledgeable and the staff was friendly and caring. They emailed me to check up on how my cat was faring during and after his medication. They have a separate waiting area for kitties so that they have minimal interaction with dogs.

My wife and I went there to get an anti-itch treatment for our dog. They were friendly there and the prices of products were reasonable.

I’ve been taking pets here for the better part of 3 decades. The staff, vet techs, and veterinarians are all wonderfully friendly and caring with extensive knowledge. A few of our cats we’ve taken here long ago when it was Richardson’s Animal Hospital. We’ve always been welcomed and treated like family. I highly recommend CAH.

I had to call 6 vets to find someone who could take on rabbits, and Cobequid did a fantastic job! Treated my girl and whipped her back into shape immediately.
