Great service by all three different vets I have seen there thus far. My dog gets better health care than I do! Admin staff are great to deal with also.

So many bad experiences at this vet clinic. Went in once and they told my my animal "looked perky so must be fine" and gave me painkillers, we went into a second vet for another opinion the next night however by that time it was too late and he didn't respond to treatment, two days later he was dead. Sent my dog to the boarding kennel at this vets and when I came to pick him up he was limping so badly that for two days I had to carry him everywhere because he was in so much pain that he didn't want to walk. His pads were a bloody mess. Saying this I have heard people that highly recommend this veterinary hospital, however I personally will not be using them again.

I've had great experiences here. I see below others complaining of over selling and pushy people. Not true in my case. Do you understand this is a business? They are not a charity. How about listening to their opinions and making your decisions? Would you question your own doctor like that? Your lawyer like that? No. See you next time kittie needs some TLC. 😊

Not the best experience. They try to schedule as many appointments as they can. $$$$

We have been using this vet for a couple years now and I would recommend them to anyone. We recently had to deal with our cat getting cancer and they were very compassionate, told us every available option, the cost of each option and the possible outcome of each option. There was no pressure to make a sudden decision or pressure to pick any one option. This was in the summer, sadly our beloved Sookie is no longer with us as of a couple weeks ago. The Tantallon Veterinary Clinic were compassionate, caring and I thank them for their support and professionalism at such a difficult time as letting go of a fur baby. I would like to state that I've never been charged more than quoted, or told I needed anything without a reasonable explanation. I see another persons rating and review and I think it poorly reflects the reality of this vet clinic. I have 3 dogs, and had 2 cats. I've been to many vet clinics living in different cities and provinces. This clinic's prices I find are reasonable for their exceptional service.
