Honestly I never leave reviews but I am so ticked off at this store I have to. When I walked in with my dog the woman at the cash barely acknowledged us- which was fine, I planned to just ask for help in a minute if she didn't offer any. Then, a cat appeared and my dog (who grew up with cats and is super friendly with them) understandably wanted to go over and see the cat. So I brought her over to let her sniff the cat and as I did the woman working said from across the store "she really hates dogs. Please don't put a dog in her face". Two things: 1. Why would you bring a cat who hates dogs to a pet food store that allows dogs to come in?? Dogs clearly will be agitated by a cat's presence if they are not allowed to even go near the cat. 2. Why wouldn't you inform me when I first came in that if the cat comes near my dog, to not let the dog go meet the cat. Instead of being rude when I didn't know any better. It got extremely uncomfortable as the woman just gave me a look and again didn't even bother to ask if I needed help finding anything. I left and went to petsmart up the street where I had an amazing experience, with super helpful staff who were eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I really don't think it is too much to ask for the staff working at your store to be helpful or at least pretend to care about the customers. And also- don't bring a cat who hates dogs to a store that dogs are allowed to be in. Honestly just ridiculous and I feel bad for the cat that it has to be in that environment that it hates all day.

Ok place. Has some rare to find things. Seems more of a boutique type location. Looked for food from a brand they advertise online and was told that they would have to check with the supplier if they would get any. Filled out a special order request and never heard back. I'll go to another location which I know will order it in. Don't advertise brands you don't carry or know if you can even get any.
