I have always received great customer service and support. The staff go out of their way to ensure that as a customer I am well informed of certain products before I make a decision. All of the products that I have purchased to date have been the highest quality I have ever purchased over the past 20 years of owning fur babies. My standard poodle has been apart of this family for a couple of years and he is a very happy puppy. He knows were he is going when I pull up to the door and he just wants to go play with his friends. I value Jollytails (Intercolonial Street) as part of my fur baby's daily structure that supports us to keep him a happy puppy. They do this with expertise!! Thanks to ALL the staff who show dedication and love to my fur baby. I value the staff and the service you offer. Thank you !!!!

Ive never been so disappointed in a service/business in a long time. I own my own company and know of the stress and struggles we all Go through. But to strive and be the best is what we stand by. As for Jollytails, That motto is not in their employee handbook. There are maybe 2 staff in the whole company who have given me above and beyond service and they are at a different location, but deserve praise. It’s disappointing to have one of the biggest local doggy daycares and retail stores have such a low priority on customer service. During my visit, I overheard a conversation of THC poisoning in dogs under their care and even human medications have been in the daycare area causing emergency trips to the vet on more than one occasion. Now new rules have to be implemented, but Maybe the rules should have already been there? Along with this, staff at the intercolonial location were casually speaking ill of employees and Tristan himself. We all have some issues with our bosses, but be aware that there are customers in your lobby before you speak negative about the business you currently work for and share private information that maybe clients Shouldn’t know. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this and probably not the last. I go to this business for 2 people specifically and their outstanding service, but this will probably now change. I will definitely be sharing everything I witnessed and heard today with my personal business and family as they are all customers of this establishment and have been for many years.

I always visit Jolly Tails when I'm visiting family in Halifax. They have the cutest collars and toys that I always buy for my dogs back home. Friendly staff too. I highly recommend!

As my wife and I both work in Burnside, it is our super convenient go-to place for quality Acana dry dogfood, which is Canadian made and comes in a variety of flavours that our dog loves.
