We've been taking our animals to Parade Street Animal Hospital for 18 years, with 9 different pets during that time. Overall we've been pleased with the care and service they've received. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and have always been able to fit us in in a timely manner.

My dog was under treated when I took her in three weeks ago when she got sick and they did not do proper treatment and she only got sicker. We took her back yesterday and by then she was in kidney failure and would not survive a operation . We had to her put down .Her condition although well explained to them simply didn't raised all the alarm bells even tough after researching the symptoms on the internet it clearly stated she should have been immediately operated . They kill my dog for lack of care
