Very high quality service. Very nice staff. Very sympathetic and honest doctors. Very clean and welcoming facility. I travel 35 minutes from my home in Guelph because this is the best vet hospital I have ever found.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at a vet. The staff absolutely LOVE the animals and are so caring and efficient. We have been going here for 9 years and they have always been so amazing. Today was our last visit 😥 The team did everything right in this time professional caring understanding. It's never a nice feeling losing a pet but this team sure made it a whole lot better. Thank you so much to this caring staff. Kerri

We were staying at a nearby campground, visiting from the U.S. Our dog hurt his toe, so we took him to this clinic. They saw him right away even though we didn't have an appointment. These people are outstanding. They examined his foot, took xrays, explained the issue, and sent him home with meds. He's much better now. And they are reasonably priced. We are so grateful for their speedy and professional service. I highly recommend them.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Everyone working dropped everything they were doing to help our dog that had be struck by a car - thank you to the staff for their love of animals and their dedication to helping them.

Dr Ball and his team have cared for our pets ( multiple dogs and cats) for 15 years or more. We trust that our fur babies are in capable and professional hands. Highly recommend this veterinary service.
