My daughter's dog swallowed a golf ball. He was very very sick. The staff there took immediate action, via an operation. They stayed late and operated to remove the golf ball. So glad that the staff cared so much If it wasn't for their prompt/immediate actions........ I would to thank all the staff, for staying late and for saving Rugers life. 💓

I had great service from very caring staff when I brought my seisuring ferret in, they were so understanding. and the treatment my little guy got was incredible and reasonable. Even though we lost our baby that day the service was incredible. They tried so hard to save him, but he was to far gone.

Worth the drive up from Ottawa! All the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease, because they truly listen to your concerns and they don't pressure you into doing anything you don't want to. I've had two surgeries completed here and won't hesitate to return the next time my animals need help. Thank you for everything :), especially Tricia for all your accommodations

I recommend this vet clinic, our experience was great. All the staff were very friendly and we received excellent service. Our dog was in for a dental cleaning, I can't get over the amazing results. Her foul breathe was immediately gone, and a fraction of the cost of Ottawa. We most definitely will be coming back

Good rates for a Canadian coming to get services performed on a dog. However I've had some poor experiences with some of the staff when they performed a castration, they put too small of a neck cone and my dog was able to lick his wounds open before I even picked him up. They apologized and put some staples in him on the front walkway. At this point I was rather upset and just wanted him to be taken care of. I think they should have taken more time and cleaned him up properly. Needless to say he got infected and was in paid for a good 2 weeks. So it was cheap but my dog paid the price.
