The vet used to be so good, and ever since COVID it has just went down hill. They have continually reduced hours, which you would leave you to believe is due to low demand, but this is clearly not the case. Visits with the doctor can only be scheduled MONTHS out! Absolutely obnoxious. I have tried to schedule my pet for two different ailments now, both times I got "we're scheduling months out". Do you think its time to maybe increase your hours? Or possibly change the days you're open? Or Both? Why are you closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the days most people are available to even bring their pet to the clinic? Never mind the fact that being closed 3 days a week is in it of itself ridiculous.

Tried called the vet for the 3rd time today and got turned away apparently freedom of speech is not aloud. I express my concerns with them turning me away 3 times in two days when I was told my dog would get help from there clinic just to turn around and not assist. They said they would get her in if I called the Ogdensburg clinic. I called and called and called and nobody answered due to me leaving a messag that I don't appreciate being told they would get me in just to turn me away. I go to call again today to make an appointment and the vet doctor herself said she is refusing to give my dog service ever again due to me giving her a bad review! If someone gives you a bad review and gives you the chance to fix it maybe you should try and fix it over turning them away out of anger! What disgusting people I have ever met. And the worst part is they keep hiding my reviews so the world can't see! Own up to what you did! Lies to me about taking my dog just to turn us away and then turn us away again! I drove 4 hours to save her life and the least you can do is clean her wound after her surgery but no why would you do that. To salty bc I gave you my honest opinion! Sad little people!!!

Highly recommend! Best place to go! They were there for me twice in emergencies when my actual vet wouldn't even get me in for days! They have been my vet every since!

I’m very happy to have gotten two last minute appointments to update Gilbert’s vaccinations, however that could have been avoided had the office checked his records to see that he was due for those shots in the first of four appointments to get everything up to date. I will be vigilant in the future to avoid repeated office calls
