Was able to make a same day appointment. There was dried blood in at least 10 spots on the floor of the room I was seen in. That is a health hazard for pets. Wasn't thorough, or didn't explain well. On top of that I was given a discount the first time for military service and not the next, inconsistent. It seemed a hassle I asked, they were slow to figure it out because they didn't even know what they offered. I was the only customer so there was no excuse. A better option is to either know about the discounts the office offers or be eager to find out. ThabkfThan . moving out of the area. They did have a good deal on dental in February and cleaned my other dogs teeth well.

I love this place! I had to take a furbaby I was babysitting to find he had an ear infection and allergies. Within two days he was feeling much better. Very professional and caring. The plus side is that you can call up to 10 pm if you have an emergency.

Did great with my Maggie The only question I have is why would you schedule a meeting in Odgensburg so they closed at 5 instead of 7pm and Wednesday was surgery day and people were standing out the door. Why not schedule meetings on none surgery days
