Kind, compassionate, warm and friendly. Not just to the animals but the fur babies parents as well. They saved my baby Sammy and I will only see them from now on. Very affordable!

I had an emergency with my cat Cody. I had called there and they told me that their schedule was full so I continued to call other places and Phelps Hospital told me that they could see my cat. But I got confused and I wrote the address down for the Lyons clinic and we drove there by mistake. When I went in there and I explained my situation and told them that I had called there and spoke to someone and that they even talked to the doctor and told me they would squeeze me in they were very inconsiderate and rude to me. They spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Then they went back and spoke to the doctor and told me that they would fit me in but they were going to charge me $95 for an emergency visit. Then they were mentioning other places And they mentioned Phelps Hospital and that ring a bell in my head and I was like oh my goodness that's where I was supposed to go and I apologize for my mistake and the inconvenience, but I let them know that I was glad that they mentioned it and reminded me that that's where I was supposed to go because I wouldn't want to be a client there because of their rude attitude and the fact that they were going to charge me $95 for an emergency. I just did not like the way that they treated me and the attitude that they gave me. I would not recommend them to anyone. When you take your animal somewhere you want to go into a positive atmosphere where people have a positive attitude. They are going to be taking care of your animal. My kitty is like my baby, he's like a child to me and he means a lot to me. So I want to make sure that when I take him for care that he is in a positive place and treat me and the animals in a positive way.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating of my overprotective doggo. She's sweet at home, but not a fan of strangers. They listen to me and take everything into consideration, which is nice when dealing with my best friend who can't use words. We'll be visiting again soon with 3 new kitties!

Dr Wilder is one of the best vets around. Been going to him for years. They're a little pricey but the service u get is great. Only thing is they do not do payment planes anymore.

I have been with Lyons veterinary Hospital for years and I wouldn't trust any of my 4 legged babies with anyone else. The staff has always been professional and compassionate. You get the feeling they know exactly how you feel and since we have been there for years, I believe they do know me. They will always give you their honest opinion and treatment options. I have had pets that were critically ill and they gave them the best of who they are until there was absolutely no other alternative. I feel blessed to know these people and pray for their continued success and wisdom. Victoria Nichols/ Newark NY
