First time experience & never again. The young vet kicked my puppy because he was chewing on his shoe lace. The examination room was dirty ... full of other's pet hair ... my pup was lapping it up ..yuck! Too bad they can't keep it clean like their reception area. Advice .. first impressions are very important so on that note I'll be looking elsewhere. And looking into how these businesses are regulated.

One of the vet, payed very little attention to our chinchilla. He just looked at THE OPEN SCAR and said " Yeah just apply Polysporine". I mean the Polysporine did seem to work. But we were just in the room for 10 minutes until he said "Alright, your good to go". And just like that we where unsatisfied with our service. The reason i'm even giving this 3 stars is because he did give us prescriptions. So we ended up paying $125 for a ten minute consultation and a prescriptions. I've been raised from a dynasty of Doctors and this was by far the WORST experience ever. I would not recommend this place to any one.

I had been bringing my dog to this clinic since he was a puppy for over 2 years. They WERE amazing, up until the switch of ownership to Dr. Black. I feel that they care more about money than the wellbeing of the animals and their client's best interest now. I tolerated it up until I found out that Dr. Larkin left to go to another clinic. She was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to us, and didn't try to push procedures on us that weren't really necessary. I feel that whenever we met with Dr. Black, we were rushed, not well informed, and were basically told that there was only really one way to go about a certain situation, rather than suggesting different options that would best suit our dog's needs. I have switched to a new clinic today and boy, the difference is literally night and day with the new clinic! The cost of the appointment was also easily at least two times cheaper than what it would have cost at Millennium, but the problem is beyond the money at this point.

My puppy had a hook in her paw and the technicians kept her calm and removed it with no problem. I fully recommend this office to all pet owners.
