We have been to this emergency clinic twice with our pets. They are very compassionate and down to earth. They have our pets great care and both were returned to full health. They follow through with sending the details of our visit and care provided to our regular family vet. We found out to be more expensive than we expected but the care was exemplary

I wanted to thank the staff and vet for thier compassion and amazing service yesterday for my wee dog Chance. The vet was out of her car and came over to us to tell us to come right in, before she even got in the doors herself. They have a way of calming your fears and when a cat was brought in on worse condition they were prompt at getting it rushed in to care. The vet was thorough and reassuring that my dog was not dying as I thought in panic mode . My dog was handle with gentle hands and not just flopped around like a rag doll. Which I've seen happen before. Prices are fair and I would recommend this clinic with the highest regard. Truly want to thank each staff member for the care and consideration given to us Best of luck to all who have to endure that helpless feeling when our pets are in distress. Sincerely Brenda Ellis

I wish to thank the staff and especially the vet on duty July 21 ,2018 when I had to rush my 16 year old poodle, BREE, in with breathing issues . I knew it was her time and the vet was so compationate and made it easier for me to accept my decision. The room I was taken to was warm and inviting which made the experience more bearable . It is always a sad time when you have to let go of your loyal companion but the experience was a good one in that I knew I left her in good hands. Thank you all again. Emily James

Unfortunately, my family had to say goodbye to our dog, Ozzy, last night. Though it's very painful to have a family dog put down after growing up with him for 12 years, the staff was very calm and comforting, and I'm happy to know that he was in good hands and went peacefully. Big thanks to the staff for their gentleness.

My two experiences were quantitatively good ones. Sadly in one we found out our very old cat was not going to make it, while a year later we discovered we were overly nervous parents about our new kitten. In both instances staff was friendly, professional, and compassionate. They did not try to force you to decide on one option or another but were candid with their opinions if asked.
