DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! I don't even know where to start. This place is nothing but a scam. The veterinary doctors are RUDE and condescending. They took $3,000 from us and still could not figure out what was wrong with our puppy. Then treated us like killers when we wanted to discharge her because they were INCOMPETENT! Our 13 week old puppy was there from Friday to Sunday and refused to eat. I visited her Saturday and she ate for me. But once the food was gone, I asked for more and they said they would take care of it and basically told me to leave. I asked if they would please call me if she still refused to eat and I would come back. They said they would. I called again Saturday night. The person who answered the phone wasn't sure if my dog had eaten but said they'd definitely call me if she hadn't and I told her I would come right in. We went to pick her up Sunday at 3:30 and they informed us she STILL HAD NOT EATEN! THEY NEVER CALLED ME! They had a Vet Tech discharge us. They didn't even have the courtesy to bring the doctor in to talk to us even though we spent a small fortune there for them to do NOTHING! I requested the doctor come in and when she did, she was nasty. Acted like she couldn't even be bothered. Please, I beg you...do NOT take your pet here. They basically gave our puppy a death sentence. We ended up taking her to the Hilton Animal Hospital and they were fantastic! They properly diagnosed and are treating her. And now our puppy is on the road to recovery. Go anywhere else but here. They have no clue what they're doing. They do not care about your pet. DO NOT GO HERE!

There's a lot of mixed reviews here, but I had a good experience here in 2012. My cat stopped eating and going to the bathroom while I was out of town. My roommates brought him here and he was diagnosed with acute kidney failure. They put him on meds and an IV for 2-3 days. They communicated with me frequently, even though I was out of town. Once I got back into town, they wanted to keep him for one more night but allowed me to come visit him. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It wasn't cheap(~$1300), but it also wasn't outrageous for a 3 day stay plus meds.

We are so thankful for the wonderful care our dog received at the hospital. The staff was caring and attentive The veternarian Dr.Murray was amazing, very patient and took the time with us to explain everything to us. They saved Tucker's life and we are so thankful. Yes it wasn't cheap but we didn't feel like they were just talking advantage of us except the oxegen he needed wasn't cheap. But all in all very pleased . We read the other reviews and none of that happened in the 4 days we were there.

Please, if you cherish the life of your injured or dying pet, for their sake, do not take them here. My brothers small dog was mauled by a large aggressive dog at the park and with it being Memorial Day weekend, he had no choice but rush him here. I can assure you that this place takes full advantage of the fact that they are the only place available on holiday weekends. They let my brothers sweet dog lay suffering while they gave him the options to either A. Pay up to $700 to put him down(completely astronomical if you ask me) or B. Pay $12,000 for a surgery with a 50% chance of survival. Yes, you read that right- $12,000!!!!!!! I understand that medical treatment can be expensive, but that is outrageous! While my brother and my whole family scrambled trying to find a way to either pay for the surgery or set up a payment plan, they let the suffering animal lay on an operating table. Dying. My question to them is- would this be how you treat a gun shot victim rushed into the ER? “I’m sorry- I can’t start the surgery until I have an entire payment plan set up. I know this man is dying, but too bad”. Literally the same thing. I’m truly not sure why they are in the animal business because they clearly have no care in the world for precious animals. I would not put it past the employees of this center to drive past dogs on the side of the road and leave them there because, who’s going to pay for the surgery?? If you have lost a pet in their center due to not being able to pay their OUTRAGEOUS charges- I’m so sorry. Again. Save your animals life and go somewhere else!

I brought my cat there at 9:30 pm as he was straining. They gave him fluid (It had been hot for a couple days), said he was constipated, and charged me $980.00. They kept him from 10 pm to 10 am the next day, 12 hours, and told me I would be charged $100 PER HOUR more if I was late picking him up. As there is NO other emergency hospital between here and Buffalo they know they have you in an awful situation. Outrageous.
