One month ago we brought our 6 year old boxer in because she was sick for a couple days, she was perfectly healthy up to 3 days before get in there she is even more sick, they take her back and start an IV. And the power goes out. No back up generator, they tell us she is jaundice and is really sick if she does make it she will be hospitalized for a while and no guarantee she will make it, since my son who dog this is is disabled and low income we asked about the emergency pet fund, their response was we only use it for established clients, well nine months to the day our other dog died there from a large tumor We were clients so we applied for care credit went out side for a minute and one of their staff came out looking for us telling us she was going and they had already put the needle in her to euthanize her, was a little shocked because we were waiting to find out what happened to her, and still don't know what a healthy dog 3 days before suddenly died, I really don't know if I can go back there again very disappointed with their service

Dr. Albert is the best veterinarian we have ever had! We usually go to All Creatures in East Amherst, but City Creatures graciously took us in when their other location was booked solid! Amazing care for our dog!

Do not take your cats to this clinic... I will never take my any of my cats to this place ever again. $2400 for nothing but leaving my cat unattended at night with two catherers and then were surprised that he ripped them out... Made my cat suffer for 3 night's ... If a vet does not have any overnight monitoring then animals should not be left alone in there cages.. Dont even suggest it........ Wow.

Always very helpful and knowledge. They take cats and dogs and some small animals here. For more exotic pets, check out their sister site, All Creatures Animal Hospital.

Recently left this office because they seem much more focused on expansion than actual patient care. It's a chore to actually get them on the phone, I haven't found a doctor there that I felt connected with my dog since dr. Andritz left and I was wholly put out by the fact that I was not told that she left. I found out only when I called to schedule an appointment and had to ask why they were trying to schedule my dog to see someone other than his regular doctor. They are much too busy to give full attention and establish a comfortable and trustworthy connection to patients.
