My active duty Air Force wife and i needed a quick vet appointment for moving our cats overseas, we Scheduled an appointment days before the appointment. Upon arrival, was told no appointment was made, we suspected we came to the wrong office, but after checking call records my wife and I determined it was the right office. The receptionist told my wife they did not enter the appointment and that we will have to wait if we want to see the vet, even though we should have been in the system and were very rude about the entire situation, questioning my wife's judgement, laughing at her on the phone about the wait time and just being entirely unwelcoming. Rather than deal with the rude reception staff we took our cats to warren woods vet office and had a great experience.

All the vets here have been exceptional in seeing our fur babies ASAP in every emergency situation. Unfortunately we've had quite a few. Received excellent care without exorbitant prices, phone or email follow up to see how your pet is doing. Would highly recommend them, we switched here after our vet of 20 years couldn't see one of my dogs that had cut her foot. They were too busy to fit her in. Centerline agreed to see her at 6 PM instead of sending us to the emergency vet at 32 and Van Dyke.

These guys don't pressure you to have tests performed, and will work with you if you have a small budget. The staff is very friendly, and they aren't rough with my cats. If you go on a Saturday though, be prepared to wait a while.

It was the worst experience. I took my dogs there because my breeder takes her dogs there. My dog had 3 puppies I took them there to get their shots. I told them one of the puppies was not feeling well and not eating. I had to force feed him with the puppy formula over the weekend. They exam the 2 healthy puppies and gave them their shots. Well after looking at my little sick puppy. The vet said well he might have Parvo so let’s test for that. They ran the test checked his sugar and everything. The test came back NEGATIVE. The vet that says she suspects that it’s Parvo even though the test results were negative. Because his white blood cell count was high. And she said he had already started shedding because he had a watery stool on the way there. Just one watery stool no vomiting nothing. Needless to say they injected fluids into him without seeing if he was dehydrated or not? And advise me to take him to the ER vet to be put on IV over night. They than immediately rush me out with a tube of nutra-cal and a proscription for antibiotics(she said for when gets better) not telling me that I can fill it at any pharmacy. My daughter and I left that vet office with no hope for our little puppy because she said he have Parvo even though his test was NEGATIVE. I took him to another vet needless to say Centerline Veterinary had lied to me. He just had an ear infection not Parvo. If they had examined him throughly instead of jumping to conclusions they would know that. All they cared for was just that vet bill they charged me not my puppy. They were quick to have me pay it and pushed us out the door. Never again I will I go there or advise anyone one who truly love and care for their pet to go there.

Dr Gary and the staff at Centerline Veterinary Hospital have done an outstanding job with my Gladiator. They are very understanding and have given me the support I need to help my elderly cat in this time of need.
