These guys have been great with both our cat and dog. The manager was very helpful when we had an issue and helped is thru it. But I'm huge on things being up front, if you say one thing that's what it should be, not a whole lot different. With that being said the staff is friendly and great with our families animals

Staff is very friendly and compassionate. I've always been able to get an appointment by leaving a message and they call back first thing in the morning (usually before they open) and able to get a same day appointment when it's an emergency. They have several dr's on staff and each one is attentive and helpful in choosing the right care path for you and your pet

They are always very kind and willing to answer all questions! Dr. Stiert is very open to discussing all options of treatment and happy to work with you so you understand everything that is going on with your pet. I feed homemade balanced raw and unlike many vets she was open to learning and working with me. I drive 30 minutes to get to them even though there are numerous vets closer and I wouldn't change that due to the quality of care I get from them.

I had been going to Camboro for over 3 years and couldn't rave enough about them, that is until we started seeing Dr. Balas. When my dog became very ill they had me spending thousands on tests, medication, food, and appointments with no results. I had to call to get test results and the doctor never wanted to call me back or answer my questions. I just wanted to find out what was wrong with my baby. They could not figure out what was wrong and instead of telling me that they weren't sure, maybe I should get a second opinion, they told me they no longer wanted to do service with me. When I went to pick up my dog's records, I looked them over and found rude remarks in the notes, one even said in parentheses "please delete this lol". Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Caring staff and doctors and state of the art medical equipment ensure that tour pet will get the best of care. Our Pom did and we appreciate the dedication to helping our pets.
