Excellent services, They care about your pet and give you the best advice for them. Professional and ethics Vétérinaire, Dr Flynn clinics is in my book one if not the best clinic in Quebec. Don't be fool by the negative comment and go see by yourself you won't be disappointed. MagicLineBully

I’ve had to bring my dog back 3 times for a reverse sneezing issue. It has cost me over $500 to get 4 different types of medication. The first time I went my pup was prescribed 2 different anti-inflamotory. The second time, 2 x-rays were taken and they said it was brochitis and prescribed another anti-inflammatory (both these times were with Dr. Cockburn). The third time was Dr. Flynn who prescribed anti-biotics. Dr. Flynn told me it was not bronchitis yet Dr. Cockburn told me it was. Spent over $500 and still don’t know the cause of the issue. My opinion is they don’t know what they’re doing but they love taking your money.

Doesn't deserve a single star. I was warned about this clinic but wanted to see for myself. Every single visit took over 2h, with 1h45 of waiting and 15min of service. They got mixed up their prescriptions and forgot to prescribe a heart warm medication to one of my two dogs. They did not listen to a word I said, never read the patient charts before coming in so I constantly had to repeat myself. I asked for a vet to call me to ask a question and only got a receptionist who was rude gave me 4 different prices for the same procedure always charging more and completely disregarded the wellbeing of my dog but seemed only concerned with how much money they could charge me for possibly useless procedures. They are very knife happy and do not take specific pets backgrounds into consideration. Truly aweful.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The way they care for our furry family members is second to none. They love them almost as much as we do! And they are competent- every single one of their staff. They care about us humans, too and understand what we go through emotionally when our furries are ill. I feel like I'm visiting family when I go. And they saved my kitty's life.
