Been going here with my family since I was a kid. Dr.lot is a very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable doctor who goes about and beyond when it comes to pets. I've also had the other 2 doctors help with my newest dogs and have similar experiences with them as I did with dr.lot. Definitely worth making your primary vet if you live in the local area

Dr. Lott is smart, kind, and caring. Does great work with my dog.

I've been taking my dog and my cat here for years, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Lott has treated my dog for a myriad of issues, including surgery on a tumor. I trust him with my pets' lives. I've only seen the other doctors a few times, and they've all been wonderful too. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I couldn't be happier.

Very helpful with our pets, would highly recommend. They were willing to help every way they could when our cat was sick.

We won't be back! I wanted to like this vet and I honestly liked Dr. Cook. However, it's everything else that had me finding another vet. I originally took my newly adopted rescue in with concerns of her having UTI. Dr. Cook did a urinalysis and found infection but couldn't be sure if it was vaginitis or a UTI. He treated her with antibiotics. Her symptoms returned within 2 days after the antibiotic ran out. Took her urine in for a recheck and Dr. Leblanc insisted she needed an xray and even though I was hesitant I let her do an xray. After the xray revealed nothing Dr. Leblanc stated my dog had vaginitis and refused to give a new antibiotic. Fast forward 3 days I took my girl to a new vet, with all her records, and low and behold it sure was a UTI still. After another round of stronger antibiotics my girl is back to being healthy. Not only did Dr. Leblanc discredit my intuition she was rude to me when I expressed my concern. If they can't treat a UTI properly they sure in the hell don't have my trust. The office staff also changed their tune and weren't as nice once I expressed concern in regards to the xray and if it was really necessary. I feel like this vet office is more concerned with money than ensuring your furbaby is healthy.
