Dr. Gill and his team are amazing. They feel like our Phoenix is part of their family! Always personable calls and care and attention to detail. I was worried about a procedure and Dr. Gill took the time to show me absolutely everything, give me a tour and explain and answer all of my questions. Really made me feel validated and at ease. Thank you guys!

The doctor and all the staff there are so kind, gentle, and understanding. Though our cat's prognosis was not positive, they handled it so well, providing us with the available options for treatment and likely results, in order for us to make the right decision for our pet and our family.

My family has been using this animal hospital for over 12 years! We have never had an issue with them until a recent event. My Shepard was experiencing what seemed to be a bursted anal gland. We brought him into the hospital where they lifted his tail and stated that that was intact the issue. They took him into another room and shaved his area. Brought him back, gave me medication for purchase and said come back in about a week to see progress. A weeks time passed and it got worse. Go back for them to tell me nothing has improved and I need to purchase another round of medication. I am in my 20’s and couldn’t afford the $800 worth of medication the first round but paid it but asked if there was a possibility to purchase the more important one to save money instead of the two. I was told I could buy one.. Great, bought it and went home for them to call an hour after being home to say I needed the other one instead but wasn’t allowed to return the one I already purchased at their recommendation. So I ended up spending another round of $800.. Another week goes by of being on the same round of medication for another week and no improvement, infection got worse. I then decided to have his records transferred to another facility for a second opinion as my baby was in pain for about a month now. At the new doctor, I was informed that it was not in fact an anal gland infection but Bowel Cancer that has not hard to miss what so ever!! He no longer had any room in his bowel to go to the bathroom. The doctor informed me that this was miss due to wrongful examination. My heart is broken and has been since this has happened. My baby has now passed on because of this. I am extremely hurt that I did not know the correct information at the time of this event and that he was put through the pain he was feeling for all that time and being medicated for something that wasn’t happening. Yes, the people at LaSalle Animal Hospital may seem nice but something like this should not happen to anyone else! I was not going to write a public review as I am not that person but you have now contacted me twice since I have stated I will no longer be going to you and that he has passed away!
