Vet just called to tell me they won't give my dog the prescription food she needs. Well, that's just great. I'm not going to give them my money anymore if that's the case, I'll just take her to the vet I recently went to for my other dog. At least they don't deny my pup important prescriptions that she needs, all so they can make more money off of you. If you're smart, take your pet anywhere else but here. They only care about the money here.

They did us a HUGE favor. We were flying out of Detroit to catch a nonstop flight to the West Coast, and realized we didn’t have our vet paperwork for TSA! They saw us same day and got all our pets inspected for the flight. If they hadn’t seen us, we would have had to drive eight hours. They were very thorough and answered all our questions and helped with the paperwork.

Even though I have moved out of the area, I will be coming back. I have always paid fair prices, even when I had my dog there three times due to a crazy rare skin infection (which cost an arm and a leg, but a reasonable arm and leg). Advocating for titer testing where I am lectured at other clinics. I appreciate all that you do!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. I have boarded my dog there and been happy too and am happy with it.

Staff is very kind and efficient. Dr Essig is great. She has a great bedside manner and is very good with all the animals. Most people that complain about vets don't do their part to keep their animals safe and healthy.
