NOW KNOWN AS HOLLY ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Do not go here. They just want you money and are not organized at all, nor knowledgeable on small animals. We brought our cat here because he had blood in his urine and was urinating often. I asked for a quote when making the appointment and was told the appointment would be $50 and the urinalysis would be $60, plus any medications needed. They did not mention the lab work would be $110 or IV fluids. Our bill ended up being $380. They sent his urine to the lab to be tested, I was told I would hear back from them in 5 days. On day 10 I had to call. I was told the lab results were in but the vet would have to call me to go over them. He was supposed to call 30 minutes later, never did. I was given 5 days worth of antibiotics, and would get more when the results came in. Because they took so long to let me know the results, we needed to restart the antibiotics meaning more money. He is also no good with small animals. We brought a small animal (rat) to the clinic and having a lot of experience I knew what the pet needed and for how long he needed to be on antibiotics. Rats require at least 3 weeks of antibiotics, preferably 6. We would only prescribe 2 weeks worth then wanted me to bring him back for another appointment (more money). The vet is also very hard to understand because of his Middle Eastern accent. The ONLY good things about this clinic are the appointment price ($50-$65) and you can get an appointment same day usually. But that's not surprising, since they are horrible and no one would want to go there.

Great place... great service. Very kind and compassionate. Took it easy on us re fees, even! I highly recommend this vet's office.

The best vet in Barrie by far! I recommend everyone take their animals here because of the high level of care as well as how affordable it is. You can tell that they really love animals!

Very disorganized, forgot about my animals medication during the appointment, decided to give it a 2nd shot booked a 2nd appointment. Called to verify if my 2nd appointment was still scheduled and they cancelled it without my consent. Took my business elsewhere, haven't looked back.

Disappointing. All about selling products... not so much about your pet.
