Excellent service and care for my pet. Dr. Tai is a top notch veterinarian! The team at Abernant take the time to honestly care for your pet family. Crystal at the front desk is very helpful in answering your questions and genuinely friendly and caring. Been going for years. Thank you!

***I wrote this under my daughters account as I do not have one. So if you would like to look up my name in your computers its L Pardon. We actually ADOPTED our amazing black lab Ella at the shelter that the very lovely, PREVIOUS owners operated for many years before you purchased it, and got rid of the shelter. So YES, I know this veterinary building very well and I am certainly not mistaken, thank-you very much. Shortly after we got her, was when she got a bladder infection and because we adopted her at this vet, we thought it made sense to take her there for treatment. We realized immediately that it was under new ownership when the majority of the old familiar faces were no longer employed there. And again, after dealing with the veterinarian there who told my daughter "to use her big girl brain" and would not be looking at our dog if she did not have money there to pay for dog (when we already payed for this exact service), and then proceeded to call me at work to make sure my daughter was not lying, so let me repeat as previously stated, this was the first and last time going there. Is there anything else you would like me to clarify Abernat's? Hope I was able to confirm your awful service :).*** Like a reviewer already stated, completely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this veterinarian office (if you could even call them professional). Our dog had a potential bladder infection, which is why we went there, to see if that was in fact the problem. She was prescribed antibiotics and then further tests were conducted to see if it was anything more serious. Long story short, there was miscommunication on their behalf and we were then required to pay for the treatment all over again. I sent my daughter in with our dog and prior to the appointment, over the phone I had stated my frustration and said that I should not have to pay again for their mistake. My daughter brought the dog in, and the vet told her that she would not look at our dog if my daughter did not have money with her to pay right then. As if it couldn't get any worse, she told my daughter to "use her big girl brain" during conversation. Professionalism at it's finest. To say the least, first and last time ever going there.
