Would like to share my recent experience at this vet clinic. My 9 month bulldog pup was ill and was suggested that he should get an x-ray on his stomach. I made an appointment to bring him in and when I asked the recepionist when he would be finished she could not give me a time. I explained that I did not want him left in a crate for a long period of time and her response was that they had 3 surgeries that day and they would see my pup when they could. I was not willing to leave my dog not knowing when they would see him so I left without doing the x-ray. The next day I received a registered letter advising me to find a new vet because they no longer wanted me as a client. I only wanted what was best for my pup and this is the way I was treated. The letter gave no reason why they no longer wanted me as a client. I find this insulting and just poor customer service.

Brought a kitten herefor vaccinations. Brought him back for booster shots ~6weeks later and they informed me that it had been too long between shots and he would need a another booster shot in four weeks. No one mentioned that the boosters had to be done in ~4weeks... Would have been great to know when booking the appointment, I gladly would have done it sooner.

Friendly, knowledgeable, nicely kept building. Convenient location. They keep stock of the food I always need to order, so I don't have to wait.
