We had our dog get attacked by another dog Saturday night and were able to take him in Sunday morning and got him looked at . Unfortunately the vet that was the part time who worked weekends was there who did his first surgery the stitches broke open within 2 days . got him back in and the original vet that runs the place was there and did an amazing job!!! Put in 3 layers of sutures even he said because of the size of the hole in him he didnt know it was going to hold up,It has been 4 days since his second surgery and his sutures look amazing still , he's actually eating now and getting back to himself . I cant thank them enough for the work they did and how fast I was able to get him in there. Thank you so much From Riley ,Zoey ,Kyle and I .

I've always had great service. Excellent service from some vets and we have stayed with Boyne since moving to Ontario 6 years ago. They have helped us with regular vaccinations and consults for our various dogs and cats, emergency surgery and loss of a loved pet.

Dr. David Funston, his associates and staff are amazing and I highly recommend this clinic. We have been going to this Veterinary Clinic for almost 20 years because I trust my pets are in the very best hands possible. Dr. Funston is a remarkable surgeon and I have noted that his diagnosis of our pet issues are always right on. He will also tell you if a procedure is necessary or not and his prices are very fair. I must comment on some of the comments that state his bedside manner is lacking. Seriously? Dr. Funston seems just fine in that department to me. He is reserved and very articulate. I am good with that.

I was very disappointed with our visit to this clinic. We were booked in for an exam, but apparently not because we ended up having a nail trim done then sent on our way. The vet was very unprofessional, didn't introduce himself at all and had terrible bedside manners. He clipped our dogs kwick while trimming her nails. I said a few times that she is obviously uncomfortable and would he better if she could lay down but he said no and kept her on the table. He twisted and pulled her already sore and arthritic legs around for his own convenience instead of making our old girl more comfortable. I mentioned it to the staff and really all they did was offered to have us see a different vet the next time we are there. We paid $30 for a nail trim and we won't be back.

4.5 stars. I am a tricky patient to navigate for docs. I’ve had numerous negative experiences with multiple veterinarians over the years. While I am admitidly difficult I’ve been told I’m very reasonable as well. I push buttons and ask they questions I do to learn more about what makes one tick. Boyne vets are different. My experience has been with Dr. Knoble for the most part and she is fantastic. All the doctors that I have interacted with have been great. From my perspective, and I deal with people for a living so I’m usually disappointed, the Boyne vets are wired the right way. I have a ton of respect for Dr. Stacey Knoble, Dr. Antaki and Dr. David Funston for how they approach challenges and advise care givers. Only down side Dr. Knoble is not punctual. I understand if it’s 2:00 in the afternoon and stuff comes up but at 0900 when I saw the tray of coffees go in just before I got there doesn’t fly. My time is worth something too. Much thanks to all of you who have helped us managed Mia and Slim Shady. On to the next rescue. Ryan and family.
