Great place to take your pet. Somehow they're quick while remaining kind, courteous and competent.

Spacious place. Warm, friendly staff. Bears graciously with fussy pet owners (me). I never felt rushed, they take their time for every patient and caregiver. No talking you into the stuff they display in the small shop section.

They are great with our dog. She is happy when she goes to the vet even though it's been when she's sick. She doesn't fuss when they take her with them. My only side note is that they thought my fiancee and I were mother and daughter and after correcting them they think we're sisters. To be fair though I'm four years younger than my other half and they are great with our dog and that's what really matters.

Wonderful staff! My cat is not the calmest of beasts and they took excellent care of him. Very patient and understanding.

I've just returned from my first visit here with my adult cat, Roxy, because she had an ingrown nail (I missed it last time we trimmed so it got longer than the rest). Anyway, I was a bit of a wreak, they got me in quickly and everyone I encountered was very empathetic and kind. They were able to fix the problem quickly and easily. Roxy was calm and unconcerned, which is basically a miracle. The facilities were clean and spacious and I felt comfortable that she was safe. I will definitely be making this our regular vet.
