We've had 4 different vets since we started going here 8 years ago. The most recent vet suggested something that contradicted what a previous vet told us never to do. But what is now most disturbing is we've switched to a new vet and the special diet food we order for our dog is $12 cheaper than at Heritage (exact same bag). We also go a much better quote at the new place for my dog's dental surgery and after the procedure we paid very close to the low end of the quote. A friend of mine told me Heritage was more expensive and this proves it. The staff behind the counter are great, they clearly love animals but so are the staff at the new place. I'm glad we switched.

Angel is the first word that comes to mind... my dog had a large cyst removed and the surgery went smooth... long story short, the recovery was a bit more than I could handle being a single mom with 2 small kids... the way the staff and especially dr Tamara Beckstead handled it was amazing... I owe my sanity to her and I would def recommend this place if your pets need care or a surgery. The desk staff is more than caring and was awesome at listening and answering any of my concerns. It’s nice to know that kind people are out there and do things out of kindness and actually care . Thank you so much

In my opinion Most horrible pet business. I took my dog there and they charged me 17 dollars to cut his nails and when I took him to another vet two days later to get needles (because here you pay double what you are suppose to) the first thing he did was cut the dogs nails. I told him they were just done he didn't need to do that and he said "really because they weren't done that well, look here". Good people, horrible crazy overpriced service.

The staff were very nice. Took my dog here after having trouble with another vet. Very friendly and thorough - recommend highly.

The doctor and the staff were very friendly and good with my little guy. Although I wasn't pleased with the mistakes they made considering how much I spent for their services. My dogs weight is listed as more than double his actual weight on the print-out they gave me and on the rabies certificate. They also forgot to give me any proof of his rabies shot so I had to call them after and go pick it up. I will be going to Blue Cross next time.
