Fabulous clinic. Really really caring and I think I got very good value for money. They offered me a few solutions for my dog and were up front and transparent about the costs implications and success rate for each option. They were responsive and followed up. I would return in a heart beat for any animal emergency. Shout out to the very lovely Emily who looked after us so well.

We had to take our 5 month old American bulldog here last evening and I can’t say more amazing things about the care we received. We were welcomed politely and with open arms, the staff were great at helping me feel at ease and explaining everything that was going on, and they were great with our boy. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff here, as scary as emergency vet visits can be, you all made it a little easier to get through.

Four stars because the majority of the staff, as well as Dr. Johanna Wagner, were very wonderful, professional and efficient with my constipated kitty. I appreciate the hard work you guys do and of course I appreciate having access to a 24/7 vet. If I was rating the one woman/receptionist/vet (unsure of her job) that I spoke with the second time I called, this would be a one star review. I see from the other reviews here that other people have had the displeasure of dealing with this nasty lady. For those reviewers that are confused, and report good experiences, they must have been dealing with one of the other wonderful women at this location. This one lady is so exceedingly unpleasant that I can only assume she has a plethora of personal demons that make her act out to other people while in a position of "power" (i.e., nobody wants to talk back to you for fear that their sick pet won't get treatment.) Calling me a liar for no reason, telling me "I don't believe you spoke to anybody here" in a nasty tone, just because the first (kind) lady was going to tell me to fill out the online registration form on the second phone call? Why do you have to act like this? What reason would a person have to 'lie' about calling in with a sick pet? What exactly do you think I was doing? I'm just...kind of baffled. Why would someone lie about having spoken to one of your colleagues? It wasn't even a big deal...all you had to do was explain the process, as one of your colleagues came to do. I know you were in a hurry, but you could have even said nothing and just shoved that paper form at me instead (as I ended up having to do when the online form wouldn't work.) You had to go out of your way to be nasty to me, for no reason at all. To Dr. Wagner and the other lovely ladies - sorry I didn't get any of your names - I am very grateful to you all, and thank you so much for your kindness and hard work. I'm sorry that you have to deal with negative reviews based on your unprofessional colleague. To the other one...I do appreciate that your job is stressful and I thank you for your services. I also understand that you must deal with some lousy clients, as we who work with the public do. I was very soft spoken and kind to you, and my response to your nastiness was plain bewilderment. I am sorry for whatever is going on in your life that makes you so unpleasant and I hope you can work on it and become a better person in the future.

Let me start by saying that this place is a godsend, it truly is, and I would visit here again in a heartbeat if my regular vet isn’t available because they are an amazing team. The vets and most of the staff are angels, they did so much to try to help my sweet girl before we made the difficult choice to compassionately euthanize her. Dr. Gordon was one of the most kind human beings I have ever met and she really helped me to understand why doing what we did was the best choice for our cat. They gave us unlimited time to grieve, before and after she passed, and I cannot thank them enough for that. And even picking up her ashes and paw print today, the staff I met with were really lovely and so kind to me. We even received a really beautiful hand made card that said that they were sorry for our loss. However, there were 2 things that did not sit right with me: 1-When we initially called to bring her in to get examined, we explained the situation and the FIRST thing that the person on the phone said was “So you’re bringing her in to euthanize her then?”. No, I want to know if there’s anything we can do to help her feel better as an elderly, ailing cat. This woman kept just pushing that on the phone and it felt really weird to me that that was the first thing they’d jump to. Please don’t badger scared pet parents about euthanasia when they just want to help their pets, even if that is the eventual course that it takes. 2-My husband and I were trying to say goodbye to our cat after they had sedated her and she was still awake, and as you can imagine it was incredibly emotional and sad, and this one woman came in and was like trying to sell us on options for her remains and other stuff we could buy as keepsakes/memorials for her. I’m standing there sobbing and trying to kiss and hug my baby before she’s gone and this woman would not leave us be. We told her we would think about it and decide later, and she came back like 5/10 minutes later and asked us again if we’d made a choice while we were still trying to say goodbye to our cat. It just felt insanely insensitive to me that this is one of the most painful moments of our lives and she seemed to almost be pushing a sale on us rather than just letting us grieve. I understand it may be hard to decide after the fact, but we told her we would think about it and decide later and she just didn’t seem to respect that.

I'm so grateful for this clinic. Last night I came in with my 15 year old cat Hira to put him to sleep and I was very sad as you can imagine. From my phone call to the entire process the staff were kind and so helpful. The Vet Dr informed me of the entire process. It eased my mind. They gave me a quiet room with my cat to say good bye and did not rush anything. The prices are very reasonable and entire place was quiet and clean. I left the clinic feeling sad but happy that I came here. Very thoughtful and caring staff...💞 Very much appreciated the care.
