Excellence in all categories. The veterinarians there, are professional, caring and understanding. They handle emergencies fast and keep you in the loop, they call you when they say they will. The ladies on the front desk are also pleasant, couteous, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommended the Renfrew Animal Hospital. I know that's where my cats will be going!!

I sadly had to say goodbye to my beloved dog last week, and while he had been declining pretty steadily, he took a sudden turn for the worse and needed to be at peace sooner than later. Our cat had an appointment that morning, and I brought Ozzy along "just in case" they would be able to accommodate this, otherwise I would have booked for later. Everyone was so gracious and caring, and Ozzy was seen right away, and the staff patiently allowed me the time I needed to say goodbye and they explained every step that they were taking - it was peaceful and I felt supported by everyone. Thank you for making this sad time a little easier on our family, and thank you for your continued great care for our other fur babies. My heart really goes out to all of the staff - it's got to be so difficult to support people through this process routinely, please know how appreciated and valued you are. Amanda

Quite a few years ago, we used to take our pets to 2 different vet clinics in Ottawa. We transferred to the Renfrew Animal Hospital to get a 2nd opinion on an eye issue one of our dogs had. They actually did tests which the Ottawa clinic did not and saved us significant dollars. We had Excellent unexpected follow up after surgical procedures. We recently got a new puppy and we were pleasantly surprised on how much time Dr Corbin spent with us and our pup. Appreciated the service.

Was having trouble reaching anyone and was a bit frustrated. When i expressed frustration, they called and gave me an appointment. At the appointment, Dr. Emily explained the situation very kindly and gave me an email I could send a message to if I can't get through. The issues are everywhere with vets not having enough staff and they are all trying their very best. Definitely keep trying if you cant get through. They're trying their hardest and are very caring. What I appreciated was that dr. Emily did not try to tell me that it never happened or that I may not have called the right number. She was not insulted by my frustration. She took it in stride, listened to me, understood my worries and took care of my baby with excellence as she always does. Thank you Dr. Emily for your compassion for an old girl whose momma just wants what is best for her❤️.
