My dog was recently diagnosed with tumors in hie liver and spleen, and Dr. O Sr. took the time to review his case and explain the various treatment options.

Been to this clinic about 4 times. It is one of the most expensive but I was willing to pay to have better service. Vet was care was average. Clinic does not honour food policy. If your pet does not like their food don’t bother trying to bring it back for an exchange. Front desk staff rude. Won’t go back.

From my Dad, Michael Swarbrick: "Thank you so much for your thoughtful card Dr. O., Nicole, Megan, Holly, and Andrea.   I very much appreciate your many years providing care to Queen Ruby, and in previous years, the service provided to Rusty.   You are all very wonderful and caring people.   All the best,   Mike"

This clinic seems to be the most expensive I have used, they like to guilt you into paying more for unnecessary treatments, and they are secretive about the price until they ask for payment. My most recent experience, I visited the clinic for bordetella shots for my dog. They claimed his ears looks dirty, and proceeded to clean them. I expected a bill of $110 for the shots, but they charged me $390! for the ear cleaning and ear drops...even though they never asked my permission for the extra "treatment". I have read of similar overcharging at the main branch clinic on March Road.
