Great vet clinic and reasonable prices! Yes, while there is some language issues the vets are still understandable. While they might not be the most compassionate, they do care about my dogs while they are there. 3yrs ago I had to have one of my dogs eyes removed due to secondary glaucoma and doggy eye dr was very very very expensive and this clinic was quite reasonable....over a $2k difference!!! I had been debating over removal or putting the dog down due to age and other issues but so glad we chose Westheights to have the eye removed. Said dog is now 17yrs old and living a quality life as the "one-eye bandit".

Worst vet ever! Didn't even look at my dogs leg assumed the bump was a tumor told me she needed surgery... Went to another vet and it was a sliver! Got antibiotics took it out and is fine! All about the money!

I have been taking my dogs to this vet for over 5 years and the doctors and staff has always been so kind towards both my family and my animals. Not only do they charge a reasonable price but they're also compassionate towards the animals that come into the clinic. My family and I have brought our dogs there for various things, we feel completely comfortable trusting them with our fur babies. After recently losing one of our dogs, the doctors and staff were beyond kind and helpful throughout the entire difficult time. They were not only patient with us, but supportive and comforting. I always recommend this vet to anyone who asks for suggestions and I plan to continue to bring my pets there. I thank them for all they have done and all that they continue to do for my family and I.

This vet is an absolute joke! I take my puppy in for a check up because he is having minor diarrhea, and without asking more then 2 questions prescribes 5 medications and 4 tests adding up to almost $1000.00 (which he quoted me by writing on a piece of toilet paper). I informed him that my puppy is on a raw food diet and that may have something to do with. He proceeded to tell me my dog has to have the kibble they sell because it is the best thing for the animal.. I proceeded to ask about the raw food diet and he would not answer a single question I had about it. (do your research, that is an absolute lie ! Kibble is like feeding your animal corn chips everyday. Anyone reading I recommend watching "pet fooled" as it proves the exact opposite of what this vet told me.) The moment I told the vet I was not making any decisions without my wife's opinion who is a vetranary assistant, he instantly retracted half of what he tried to sell me ! (I went alone as I had time away from work) After speaking with my wife the one test that should have been done was not even offered and the test I did was twice as expensive as anywhere else. This place is absolutely terrible aside from the great staff of women. I have never been more upset anywhere with the service I received! If you truly love your animal DO NOT cheap out and take them to this scam artist!!!!!!!
