The individuals who work here I have nothing but good things to say as they are AMAZING. We have both our cat and dog in their care and I’m not sure who loves them more. The animals...us...or my daughter! Dr. Horner took the time to explain to our four year old daughter what she was going to do to the animals and got her involved! Now our daughter doesn’t fear taking the animals for their shots and the animals don’t seem bothered by it either! Very reasonable prices and I have never felt like I’m being taken advantage of!

My dogs Love the Staff, they’re amazing. They never make you feel rushed, the staff spends as long as it takes to see your animals. My Dogs are never scared to come here unlike other Vets they’ve been too.

Awesome visit! I had many, many, many questions and Dr Horner took the time to answer them all with patience and humour! The support team is equally kind and helpful. Love this clinic. It’s clean, cheerful, with lots of in-house pets wandering around.

This is definitely a veterinary office with a difference - bright, cheerful, and welcoming, from the office cats to every member of the staff. Even our dog seemed to feel that this was a happy place to be, with not a trace of the anxiety that such a visit might cause. The doctor took the time to explain each procedure to our grandchildren, involving them whenever possible. Overall, a great experience.

As a first time client, I was very happy with the service I received from the clinic. Everyone was very welcoming and all my questions were answered. Thank you very much for your service and care for our cat.
